The integration is a one-way XML feed that exports your active job postings from Workable in a Handshake-compliant format, hosted at a publicly accessible URL that Handshake retrieves automatically on a scheduled basis.
The feed supports full field mapping including job title, description, apply URL, location (onsite, remote, and hybrid), employment type, and salary information for US pay transparency requirements. Department-level filtering and UTM parameter tracking are also supported, giving your team control over which roles are distributed and how candidate sources are attributed.
