In order to use the HiPeople integration is to connect the HiPeople role to the corresponding job posting in Workable:
1. Find the role you wish to integrate (note that you need to create it before this step), go to the '...' menu, and click 'Manage ATS automation.'
2. Select the role from your ATS that you would like to integrate with this HiPeople role.
3. Select the corresponding stage from the list of your pipeline stages, e.g. 'assessment' or 'reference check'.
4. Review your selected ATS pipeline stage & role, confirm that this is correct by clicking the checkbox, and then hit Confirm.
5. All done! Now you are ready to start using HiPeople for all the candidates within this role!
As soon as data has been collected, you will receive an email with an invitation to review the e.g. the assessment or reference check results. In addition, you can access the data through an automated PDF report or the link on the right-hand side that will automatically appear in your candidate's Workbale profile as soon as the assessment or reference check is completed.
